My story

My conversion, straying and return to grace.

I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior when I was 12 years old in 1973 at the Bell Auditorium in Augusta, Georgia during an Eddie West Evangelistic Crusade.

I grew up in a Christian home, and attended Christian Schools, and even as a teen I knew God had a calling for me.  I left private Christian School and went to the Public School system when I reached the High School level. I stayed faithful for a while, but by the time I reached 18, I was scared of dedicating my life to Gods work and I turned my back on my calling, and fell for the temptation and lies of this world.

But even through that dark time in my life when I had turned my back on the Lord and had abandoned him, he never once left my side or abandoned me, and there were many times that I’m sure he had saved my life.

I started back to church in 1999, at first reluctantly, because  I had to take my as she was no longer able to drive,  as  time went on I joined the praise team and gradually my hardened ice cold heart started melting and allowed the Holy Spirit to touch me once again and I rededicated my life Jesus.  One of the things that also touched me was the “Unveiling Glory” Seminar we had at my church. Slowly God was changing life as I had known it.

Accepting the call

God does not call the qualified, He qualifies those He calls.

I was ordained in the spring of 2005 on April 17 at Christ Baptist Church in North Augusta SC.

I feel God has called me to the Missions and Evangelism field. I first felt this calling During Christmas of 2002 when I  got involved with Samaritans Purse and started the Operation Christmas Child Drive at my Church.

I went on my my first Short Term Mission Trip to Gent Belgium in December of 2003. where I was part of an international team going out and witnessing to the international college students attending the University of Gent.  On my second Short Term Mission Trip in the summer of 2005, where I led a small group from my Church to Chalco Mexico. While there we ministered to the children in parks using clown and mime skits and puppet shows.  In 2007 I and a friend from church went to Parma, Italy where we reached out to Muslim population and the many lost young Italians that have lost all hope and belief in God. I hope that God will allow me to go out and share the Gospel in many other parts of the World in the future. These mission trips are what gave me the inspiration, strength and courage to start this ministry.

I have had the privilege and opportunity of being able to preach at the Garden City Rescue Mission, a local homeless shelter, many times.  I have also used my skills of illusion, humor, and balloon twisting to share the gospel in a unique way at several churches, during services and VBS programs, and during street out reaches, and mission trips.
